Windows 8 has not been so successful as compare to Windows 7, so lets 
see how users will rate to Windows 8.1 Preview.<br />
Yesterday, As I have wrote that users who are having Windows 8 can 
upgrade to Windows 8.1 Preview from the Windows store and that also for 
free, just because the ISO file were not available for download yet.<br />
